Library To Host Winter Pop-Up Paperback Book Sale


The Friends of George Coon Public Library is doing something new this year at the Princeton library after receiving a large donation of paperback books.
Kathy Svoboda with the organization said the library will be hosting a Winter Pop-Up Paperback Book Sale from February 1st through February 3rd.


click to download audioShe noted the book sale will also have many things participants will need to be successful for the Winter Reading Program that started back up on January 9th.

click to download audioThere are so many books, she explained there will be one section that will not be 50 cents.

click to download audioFor every $10 you spend at the book sale, she said you will be entered for a chance to win a goody basket.


click to download audioAccording to Svoboda, the proceeds from the Winter Pop-Up Paperback Book Sale will go back to the George Coon Public Library with the bulk of the money going toward the Summer Reading Program.
