Warmer temperatures, gusty winds, and chances for rain highlight this week’s forecast.
After a few rain showers moved through Monday morning, Weather Edge forecaster David Powell says we will see more sunshine as we head into Tuesday. By Tuesday night, more precipitation will move into the region.

Powell adds that rain will remain a possibility all-day Wednesday.

Powell says one thing to keep in mind most of this week, is the increased wind speeds.

Wind gusts could be higher as front and other systems make their way through our region this week.
By Friday, the high temperature will be around 50, under partly sunny skies. The weekend will feature more rain chances and highs in the 60s.
