Livingston County Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Possession Arrests

A traffic stop in Livingston County led to the arrest of a man and woman on drug possession charges.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputy Zackary Dunigan stopped a vehicle driven by 38-year old Andrea Crain, of Calvert City, on U.S. 62 in Grand Rivers around 8:30 Tuesday night.
During the stop, the deputy reportedly located a quantity of marijuana, paraphernalia, and opioid pain medication in the vehicle.
Crain was charged with one headlight, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DUI first offense. Her passenger, 21-year old Toby Fain, of Grand Rivers, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance – opioids. Both Crain and Fain were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
