Music Director at Princeton Church Injured in Christian County Wreck


A wreck on Cadiz Road in Christian County sent two people to the hospital Wednesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a car driven by Clarence King of Cadiz was eastbound just before 8:00 in the area of Green Hill Memorial Gardens when his vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer driven by Ivan Boyd of Cadiz that was in front of him.

Both drivers were treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
Your News Edge has learned King is the music director at First Christian Church in Princeton. According to church members, King was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville Wednesday to be treated for a broken sternum, two broken ribs, and two fractured vertebrae.
