Private funeral services will be held for 87-year-old Nancy Lou Sherrill, of Caldwell County.
Morgan’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023, in Nashville, TN.
Sherrill was born on May 25, 1935, in Caldwell County to the late Jim and Mabel Dorris Son. Nancy was a woman of strong Christian Faith, a prayer warrior, and a faithful servant. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and a lifetime caregiver. Nancy was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
Nancy is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Jerry) Miller, and Diana Gerban; two sons, Donald (Linda) Sherrill, and Thomas (Donna) Sherrill; numerous grand, great, and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, George Sherrill; two sons, John Sherrill and Guy Sherrill; sister, Lillian Watson; brother, Louie Son.
