The 2023 Princeton Optimist-Kiwanis Radio Auction will come to an end Friday night.
The auction’s fourth night saw 78 items sold for a total of $3,300. The total through Thursday night raised through the auction sits at $9,474.
Auction chairman George Kilgore said the community support with last year’s auction has allowed them to give out more scholarships than they ever had before.
The auction will continue Friday evening around 5:45 on 1580/103.3 WPKY, WPKYonline.com, and the WPKY app. The auction is taking place in person at the Christian Life Center at Princeton’s First Baptist Church. You are encouraged to stop by and make bids on items and give a direct donation to the organizations.
Kilgore added they will have Porky’s Pork Chops available for lunch and dinner Friday.
