Youth-led Revival Coming To Chapel Hill Baptist Church

Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Princeton is embracing a Fountain of Youth for its summer revival, which has services planned for 11 AM and 6 PM this Sunday, and 6 PM next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Dana Dyer didn’t stutter, either, when she told WPKY and Your News Edge earlier this week that the Christ-inspired celebration and four-day message will come from youngsters — and not the typical seasoned speakers that command sweltering circus tents.

Dyer said a preached sermon from Anthony brought about the conversation of a “hungry” younger generation — one “hungry for God.”

This specific lineup of youths have spent a considerable amount of time at Murray State University’s Baptist Campus Ministry.

And it’s there at MSU’s BCM, Dyer said, where an old-school Baptist church service basically gets moved to the backdrop.

Dyer doubled down, noting children of all ages belong in the church — mainly because it’s the sign of life and new beginnings.

Located at 9042 US Hwy. 70, Dyer said a light supper will be provided each night starting at 5:15 PM. The revival is open to all ages, and any questions should be directed to her by phone at (270) 625-2287.
