Robert Eugene “Gene” Pritchard, age 65, of Dawson Springs, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023, at his residence. He was born February 2, 1958, in Chicago, IL to the late Gayle Norman Pritchard and Shirley Lou Todd Schanmier. Mr. Pritchard worked as a landscaper and also served his country in the United States Army.
Survivors include his companion ~ Bonnie Mathis of Dawson Springs, two step-sons ~ David Gibson of Florida and Joshua Mathis of Benton, a brother ~ Roger (Betty) Pritchard of Crown Point, IN; two half-brothers ~ David Schanmier of Bowling Green, and Gerald Schanmier of Fargo, ND; and a granddaughter ~ Lily Kresch.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughters ~ Chris Gonzales and Jen Jones and a brother ~ Russell Pritchard.
There will be no services for Mr. Robert Eugene Pritchard at this time. Beshear Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
