A Marion man was arrested on a warrant after a minor traffic crash in Caldwell County Saturday morning.
Sheriff Don Weedman reports that deputies responded to the wreck on US 641 and Cassidy Avenue around 11:30 and located the vehicle.
Following an investigation, 37-year old Charles Elliott was taken into custody on a Caldwell County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on no operator’s license (moped). Elliott was also charged with no operator’s license and failure to produce insurance. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
