Farm to Fork Meal Planned In Princeton On October 21

First Christian Church Community Garden/Venturing Program and Central Presbyterian Church have partnered to host a Farm to Fork Meal later this month featuring a five-course dinner and special guests.
Tammy Sanders, a member of First Christian Church, explains that she works with the Venturing Program — a youth program for the community that teaches leadership skills through high adventure activities along with other services in the community and beyond. This event, she adds, will help support this program where the youth has been invited to participate in an international conservation camp in Germany next summer.
According to Shane Fortner with Central Presbyterian Church, they have several guest chefs who are helping with the Farm to Fork Meal in order to help support the Venturing Program and promote local agriculture products.
The upcoming event is possible because of a grant and will feature a couple who has a cooking show on KET.
