Farmers Bank Announces Leadership Promotions In Caldwell, Lyon Counties

Farmers Bank has announced a range of leadership promotions, which bank officials say will not only strengthen their dedication to the communities it serves but also bolster its commitment to delivering exceptional financial services.
Starting November 1, Scott Laffoon will take on the position of Caldwell County Market President and Senior Loan Officer at Farmers Bank. Bank officials have stated that in this role, Laffoon will be responsible for supervising the retail, commercial, and agriculture divisions of the bank in Caldwell County.
Furthermore, effective November 1, Wade White will assume the position of Lyon County Market President at Farmers Bank. In this role, White will be responsible for managing the retail, commercial, and agriculture divisions of the bank in Lyon County.
In addition, bank officials have also announced the appointment of Rachel Chandler as the new branch manager of the Farmers Bank Princeton Branch, and Michelle Schoeder has taken on the position of branch manager at the bank’s Eddyville branch.
According to Farmers Bank CEO Jeff McDaniels, they are thrilled to have such talented individuals within the Farmers Bank team who are ready to take on these pivotal roles. He says these promotions exemplify their dedication to providing top-notch financial services and strengthening the bank’s presence in Caldwell and Lyon counties.
Additionally, the bank announced McDaniels will be adding to his duties as CEO with a new role as President of Invest FB, the bank’s new wealth management division.
