A Chiropractic Assistant is someone who has a lot of energy and can multitask.
This person will be doing a lot of walking, standing and working with patients. We are looking for someone who is reliable, happy and compassionate. We provide on the job training. Pay is based on experience.
Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.
* Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information.
* Verifying payment methods, including patients’ health insurance coverage
* Pre-authorizations
* Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
* Administering screening assessments, such as blood pressure tests, as needed.
* Various therapies.
* Other duties as assigned
