Tony Bivian Johnson, age 75, of Princeton, passed away May 24, 2024, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN.
Tony was born November 5, 1948, to the late Orbie and Evelyn Rogers Johnson. He was the dedicated caretaker of Cedar Hill Cemetery for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Jenkins Johnson of Princeton; sister, Wanda Watson of Princeton; brother and sister-in-laws, Melvin Jenkins of Princeton, Roy Jenkins of Princeton, William Jenkins of Eddyville, Marty Jenkins of Evansville, IN and Judy Johnson of Eddyville; nieces and nephews, Russel Johnson of Eddyville, Patricia Jones of Texas, Patrick Harris of Evansville, IN, Kameron Harris of Evansville, IN, Melvin Jenkins, Jr. of Union County, Amy Ensley of Clarksville, TN; good friends, Terry Oliver of Princeton, Richard Drennan of Princeton, Marilynn Sanders of Hopkinsville and Mary Hilton of Hopkinsville; several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack Johnson, Bobby Johnson and James Davis.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
