The wait is almost over – Arby’s in Princeton is set to open next week.
Christy Schaefer, the director of operations for Friends Hospitality, an Arby’s franchise, announced that the new restaurant will open on Tuesday. She tells WPKY’s News Edge that the restaurant will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until midnight.
