
A Princeton woman was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash on East Legion Drive on Thursday.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reported that officers responded to a possible injury wreck in front of Bella Marie Boutiques shortly after 2:00 Thursday afternoon. He said the investigation revealed that 72-year-old Vicki Sharp was entering the Bella Marie parking lot when her Jeep Cherokee struck a parked car, then drove over a parking curb before crashing into the front of the Bella Marie building. The impact reportedly damaged the Jeep, the parked vehicle, and the building.
According to police, Sharp was transported by AmeriPro EMS to Caldwell County Medical Center for possible injuries.
