A traffic stop in Princeton led to the arrest of a Kuttawa man on charges of DUI and drug trafficking Thursday.
Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman reports that 24-year-old Trenton Parshall was stopped on Good Street after a deputy observed him disregard two stop signs.
Upon further investigation, Parshall was taken into custody and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substances, trafficking marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operating license, and other violations. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
Deputies were assisted by the Princeton Police Department.
