Caldwell County High School FFA Banquet Held Friday (w/PHOTOS)

The Caldwell County High School FFA Banquet and Awards Program was held Friday night at the local high school.

The annual event allows the local FFA Chapter to recognize and honor those FFA students who have competed and excelled in various contests over the past year.

Advisor Magen Woods felt like everything went well and was excited to be able to honor so many students for their accomplishments.

click to download audioIn addition to recognizing FFA students, the chapter also selects community members to be awarded the Honorary Chapter FFA Degree. Candidates are selected for their contribution to the FFA Program over the years. This year Karen Roberts, Jessie Gray, and Daniel Kukahiko were selected to receive their Honorary Degree. Roberts is the Mother of Advisor Woods and helps the chapter in many ways.
