The Society of St Vincent de Paul Diocesan Council of Western Kentucky Inc joined WPKY’s “Coffee Talk with Tess” Friday morning, to warn the public of a new scam targeting those looking for a tornado shelter. CEO Richard B. Remp-Morris and Community Liaison Vicki Duncan explain how the scammers play off our fears following several tornadoes in our area, and how to spot a fake as they try to talk homeowners out of a thousand dollars.
