
Several indictments were issued following the June session of the Caldwell County Grand Jury, including charges related to drug possession and drug trafficking.
A true bill was returned on Micah Courtney Gray of Princeton on multiple charges including possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine, trafficking marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, and first-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, the charges are from an incident on or about December 11, 2020, that the Princeton Police Department investigated.
Robert Stucker of Princeton was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor offenses of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Stucker was arrested by Princeton Police on March 15 after a dispute at a home on North Eagle Street, where officers said they saw marijuana, suspected meth and drug paraphernalia in plain view when they were invited into the home.
Donald Taylor of Dawson Springs was indicted on a felony charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, along with several misdemeanor offenses.
The charges are in connection with a welfare check conducted by the Princeton Police Department outside the American Inn on May 6. Taylor was arrested after officers said he was was found in possession of meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Falynn Williams of Princeton was indicted on first-degree promoting contraband and several misdemeanor offenses.
Williams was arrested by Princeton Police on March 18 after a single-vehicle wreck on Linton Way after an investigation revealed she was driving under the influence of intoxicants and found in possession of pills that were identified as a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Police said when Williams was being processed at the Caldwell County Jail, she was found with more pills hidden in her clothes.
Kenneth Joseph Quick of Princeton was indicted on a complicity to trafficking marijuana, first offense, from an incident that occurred on or about January 21 and investigated by the Princeton Police Department.
Margaret Michelle Driver, whose address is listed as unknown, was indicted on charges of first-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. The charges are from an incident on March 12 that was investigated by the Princeton Police Department.
