A Lexington resident was charged with DUI after a wreck in Lyon County over the weekend.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports the single-vehicle crash occurred on Gregory Road in the city limits of Eddyville shortly before 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
He says the investigation revealed a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Kory Stevens failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway, and struck a KU/LGE utility pole.
Stevens was taken into custody and charged with DUI 1st offense. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center..
