Jeannie Kay Varble, passed away in Princeton, KY. Born in Evansville, IN, Jeannie lived a life marked by compassion, creativity, and a remarkable ability to bring joy and love into the lives of those around her.
Jeannie dedicated her professional life to serving her community as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), a role in which she demonstrated her unwavering commitment to helping others. Her colleagues remember her as a pillar of strength and kindness, always ready to extend a helping hand or share a comforting word during times of crisis. Her passion for her work was evident in every call she answered, and her presence brought a sense of calm to the most chaotic scenes.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jeannie was known for her extraordinary green thumb. Her love for gardening was more than just a hobby; it was a testament to her nurturing spirit. Friends and neighbors would often find her tending to her vibrant garden. She had a unique talent for refurbishing items found at flea markets, transforming the forgotten into the cherished with her creative touch. Her eye for beauty and potential in the mundane brought a special kind of magic to her flea market finds, making her a familiar and beloved figure at local markets.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Lynn Varble of Newburgh, IN; daughter, Tiffany (Tyler) Harter of Princeton; son, Matthew (Hannah) Varble of Evansville, IN; sister, Judy (Jimmy) Barre of Evansville, IN; brother, Paul Douglas Arms of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Eliza Harter, Aiden Harter and Asher Harter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul William and Anita Jean Russ Arms.
A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm Saturday, July 19, 2025, at River of Life Church in Henderson, KY.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, July 19, 202,5 at River of Life Church, 725 Washington Street, Henderson, KY 42420.
