A Princeton man is facing several charges after being arrested on a Caldwell County warrant in Lyon County last week.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports that on Friday, his office was notified by the Princeton Police Department that 27-year-old Johnny Grace was due in court in Eddyville and was wanted on a criminal complaint warrant from Caldwell County.
According to Sheriff White, Grace was located in Eddyville around 11:25 Friday morning, where he was taken into custody and served a warrant for first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespassing, and making a false report of an incident to law enforcement.
Grace was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
