The Hopkins County Grand Jury has indicted a Dawson Springs woman on charges related to sexual misconduct with a teenager.
A true bill was returned on 38-year-old Amanda Brothers on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place and third-degree rape.
Brothers was arrested by the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office in April after she allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a boy between the ages of 16 and 18. Deputies reported that Brothers was under the influence of alcohol when they made contact with her.
