After spending 8 years as an assistant principal at Caldwell County High School, Phillip Noel has been named the new principal at Caldwell County Elementary School.
Noel brings over 20 years of experience in the educational field, serving in multiple school districts and age levels, and is excited to begin the next phase of his career at the local elementary school.
