The Princeton Optimist Club selects individuals each year to serve as Grand Marshals of the annual Black Patch Festival. Those chosen have proved to be an active part of this community for years and have received little recognition for their efforts.
This year under the recommendation of Optimist Club President Shirley Gray the Club made the decision to look inside the club to recognize 3 members of the club who together have served the club and community for over 120 years. The Grand Marshals will be leading the Black Patch Parade scheduled for Friday September 5th at 5:00 pm through downtown Princeton.
Today we will introduce Grand Marshal Zeak Jamison. Jamison shared some of his childhood and one little known fact about himself.
