A Bowling Green man was arrested Friday night at a Princeton convenience store after police say they found him unconscious at the wheel and in possession of multiple drugs.

Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison says officers responded to Casey’s General Store on Marion Road just before 10:20 Friday night, after a caller reported a man was driving poorly and ran over a curb when entering the parking lot.

He says officers found 45-year-old Mark Fleck unconscious at the wheel of his vehicle while parked at a gas pump. Police say Fleck showed signs of intoxication and admitted to using marijuana earlier.

During a search of the vehicle, officers say they found meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Fleck was taken into custody and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 4th offense, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure of the owner to maintain required insurance, 2nd offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
