Last week, the Kentucky League of Cities honored three Dawson Springs women for their dedication to lifelong learning and exceptional public service.
City Clerk Martha Hamby received the Level I Achievement in City Governance, Mayor Jenny Sewell was recognized with the Level II Excellence in City Governance, and City Administrator Julie Sellers earned the Level III Master of City Governance.
Mayor Sewell, Hamby, and Sellers received their awards on Friday at a ceremony held at the City Officials Training Center in Owensboro.
