A Princeton woman faces charges after law enforcement responded to reports of an unconscious person in a vehicle in Caldwell County on Wednesday.
Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman reports dispatchers received two calls on Wednesday about a woman slumped over and unconscious in a vehicle near the intersection of KY 293 North and KY 1119. He says that upon arriving at the scene, the deputy was able to wake the woman, identified as 32-year-old Marrissa Cummins.
Sheriff Weedman says an investigation led to the discovery of a small bag of suspected marijuana and four white capsules.
Cummins was arrested and charged with public intoxication-controlled substance (excluding alcohol), possession of marijuana, and second-degree promoting contraband. She was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
