Authorities are investigating a fatal crash on Marion Road in Caldwell County on Friday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say they were called just before 3 pm to a crash with a log truck and a passenger vehicle on Marion Road between Fredonia and Princeton.
Police say one person was killed in the crash. Kentucky State Police and the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the crash.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the road will be blocked from Kentucky 70 to Kentucky 139 until after 8 pm. Motorists can use Old Fredonia Road from Princeton to Skinframe Creek Road then back to Marion Road or US 62 to Kentucky 641 if coming Eddyville.
