Jerry Lewis Partee, 57, of Alexander City, Alabama, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025.
He was born on October 31, 1967, and raised in Clinton, Kentucky, to his late mother, Mary Partee Smalls, and late father, Jimmy Lee Partee. A devoted member of the Church of Jesus in Hopkinsville, he kept a strong faith and a deep love for the Lord. Jerry worked as a custodian at Christian County High School for nine years and later served at the courthouse in Hopkinsville for three years. He also found great joy in farm work and spending time outdoors. Later in life, Jerry moved from western Kentucky to Alabama with his beloved wife, Kathy, where they shared many years.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Kathy Partee; one daughter, Charise Campbell of Princeton; three sisters, Anetha “Maria” Guldi (Mark) of Waterford, MI, Lisa Faye Simpson (Steven) of Louisville, Teresa Partee of Pittsburg, PA; four brothers, Larry Partee (Debbie) of Louisville, Jimmy Partee (Tamika) of Houston, TX, Harvey “Binks” Partee (Carla) of Princeton, Lynn W. White (Jackie) of Princeton; five grandchildren, Chyna, Cheyenne, Izrael, Jermaine, and Malik Campbell; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother and father, Jerry was preceded in death by his step-father, Roosevelt Smalls; three brothers, Tim Partee, Ronald Earl Partee, Terry Ray Partee, Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November , 2025, at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Smith, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
