The November meeting of the Fredonia Valley Heritage Society is set aside each year to give thanks for their blessings and those who have helped their activities over the past year.
This meeting was held on Thursday night at the Fredonia Lions Club building with a Thanksgiving potluck meal. Members and guests gathered together to enjoy the meal and fellowship, plus discuss plans for the upcoming year while giving thanks for the current year.
Heritage Society President Pam Faughn explained that their organization has members from the Fredonia area, along with the Princeton area, plus others from around the region.

A special guest dropped in during the meeting in the form of Presley Lamm to tell about how he bought the land and created the original town of Fredonia.
