Festive energy filled downtown Dawson Springs as the community gathered for the annual Christmas parade Sunday night.
According to Mayor Jenny Sewell, the annual Christmas parade is an opportunity for the community to gather and celebrate the holiday season.

The parade featured 27 entries, and after the festivities, children stopped by the library to meet Santa and enjoy hot chocolate with cookies.
Mayor Sewell also shared that Dawson Springs has a lot going on this holiday season, including a Christmas program this Saturday.
