Caldwell Special Olympics Bowlers Win Awards at State Tournament

The Caldwell County Special Olympics Bowling Team competed over the weekend in the Kentucky State Special Olympics Bowling Tournament held in Louisville. The group of 26 athletes, along with coaches, family members, and other supporters, left Princeton Friday afternoon and traveled to Louisville to compete in the two-day tournament, returning on Sunday night.

Coach Roy Gene Rogers explained about the tournament.

He noted that in addition to the competition, they had time to enjoy some extra fun activities while in Louisville.
