Caldwell County School Board Updated on New Photo Platform

The Caldwell County school board had a light agenda at Monday night’s meeting and was presented with an update on a new photo management platform being used in all the schools.

The board approved the consent agenda that included an out-of-state trip of approximately one-hundred 11th and 12th-grade students and four chaperones to travel to Clarksville to go to the City Forum or Dave and Busters on January 12 as a reward trip for KSA Test Scores.

The board also approved a request from Caldwell County PTO to hold a Student Experience Auction for the middle school in January 2026 to raise money for field trips, new benches at Caldwell County Middle School, and other needs that may come up.

Public Relations Coordinator Lizzie Wynn shared with the board that Superintendent Dr. Jeremy Roach had tasked her with finding a photo management platform, so all teachers had the capability to upload photos from their classrooms and school activities. Wynn said that the district now has a subscription to Waldo Photos, Inc., and rolled the platform out in all of the schools last month.

She explained that teachers can take photos on their cell phones and upload them directly to the Waldo Photos app, or they can upload the pictures to their computers.

The event runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will showcase a different holiday theme at each school. Guests attending the event are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to help support the school’s food pantry.
