LCSO Serves Multiple Warrants on Charges Ranging from Trafficking to Burglary

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office served multiple arrest warrants last week on various charges.

Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports 48-year-old David Peek of Eddyville was served an arrest warrant around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, on a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant charging him with procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means.

On Tuesday, December 9, he said 47-year-old Daniel Kelley of Richmond was served an arrest warrant from a Madison Circuit Court indictment for first-degree trafficking of fentanyl.

Additionally, Sheriff White said 37-year-old Andrea Breedlove of Eddyville was charged with a Lyon Circuit Court indictment for second-degree burglary, violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order, and third-degree criminal trespassing.

According to Sheriff White, 53-year-old Michael Conger, of Eddyville, was taken into custody around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, following an investigation into complaints of illegal drug trafficking in Eddyville.

Conger was served with a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant charging him with first-degree trafficking methamphetamine, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender.

Last week, in an incident unrelated to the recent indictments, Sheriff White reported the arrest of 56-year-old Steve Asher of Salem shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, on a Livingston District Court complaint. Asher was charged with six counts of distributing sexually explicit images without consent. Sheriff White said the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office investigated this case.
