Drivers need to be aware a contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close KY 506 in Crittenden County starting Wednesday to begin work on a bridge replacement project.
The bridge project on KY 506 is near the Caldwell County line, between KY 1077 in Crittenden County and KY 902 in Caldwell County.
State transportation officials indicate the project is expected to be completed by April 30, weather permitting.
They say approximately 93 vehicles travel this section of KY 506 in an average day.
