Linda McKinney-Meyer, age 75, of Eddyville, passed away January 14, 2026, at Deaconess Gateway Medical Center in Evansville, IN.
Linda was born December 20, 1950, to the late Henry Lee and Grace Smith.
She was known for her creative spirit and found great joy in crafting, as well as the freedom of riding motorcycles. Linda was a faithful member of Beech Grove Baptist Church, where her warmth and kindness touched many. She will be remembered for her gentle heart, her passions, and the love she shared with family, friends, and her church community.
She is survived by her adored husband, Jimmie Meyer of Eddyville; daughter, Lori (Steve) Adams of Boonville, IN; sons, Wesley McKinney of Boonville, IN and Russ (Heather) Meyer of Hatfield, IN; sister, Connie (Dave) Krasny of Eddyville; brothers, David (Peggy) Smith of Boonville, IN, Forrest (Elanor) Smith of Chrisney, IN, Daniel (Anna) Smith of Princeton, IN; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several beloved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McKinney; sisters, Sandra Phillips and Anna Grace Smith; and grandchild, Cody Meyer.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Lakeland Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 20, 202,6 at Lakeland Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville, IN.
