Caldwell Regional Career Center Holds Welding Contest

The Caldwell Regional Career Center held a new welding contest last Friday at the local trade school. This contest brought top welding students in the area to compete for bragging rights from the competition and also gave them exposure to some welding employers and union representatives.

Career Center Welding Instructor Tony King explained that this was the first time the school had hosted a contest like this, and it was an idea he had been working on since before the school year began.
