Kelly Chase, age 64, of Grand Rivers, passed away January 25, 2026, at Lake Barkley Health and Rehab.
Kelly was born November 1, 1961, to the late Webster H. and Dona M Gothan Chase.
She is survived by dear friends, Rondale and Gaye Lynch of Grand Rivers; niece, Renee Chase of California.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Timothy Chase.
There will be no services held at this time.
Lakeland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
