The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of an ATV taken from a home on Sunnyside Loop.
According to Sheriff Brent White, a deputy responded to a complaint of an ATV theft off Kentucky 819 around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 15th.
He says the investigation found that while a family was preparing for an upcoming auction and had placed items in a field at their residence, an unknown individual stole a blue-and-white 2005 Yamaha 4-wheeler valued at $2,000 from the property.
