A Princeton man was arrested over the weekend on assault charges from an altercation that occurred last month.
Princeton Police say 52-year-old Kevin Martin was arrested on a Caldwell County warrant for second-degree assault and second-degree assault related to domestic violence.
According to police, the charges stem from a February 28th incident, when officers were called to a South Harrison Street home for a fight in progress. Officers say they found two victims with visible injuries, both alleging Martin had assaulted them before leaving the scene.
Martin was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
