The Caldwell County High School cafeteria was home to the annual Junior Class Dinner Theater Saturday night as nearly 200 community members gathered to enjoy a night of food and fun to support the Junior Class of Caldwell County. The night included a full meal prepared by Junior Class members and the teacher sponsors of the class, while other Junior Class members were dressed in proper server attire to deliver the meal to the tables. The meal began with salads and drinks, followed by pork loin, potatoes, green beans with rolls, and ended with desserts. The high school servers cleared the tables between each part of the meal being served. This was the first time for most of the students to serve tables, and there were no noticeable spills during the meal.
Junior Class member Brylee Boitnott was one of the servers for the meal.

Their part of the night included a trivia contest, dance competition, and a play complete with a “whodunit” murder for the audience to figure out who the character was that was guilty of the murder.
There was also a silent auction being held during the meal and the first half of the play to raise additional funds for the Junior Class activities. The night concluded by announcing the results of the silent auction, plus a live auction of pork loin and desserts that were left over after the meal.
Junior Class Sponsor Teacher Andrew Felker felt like the entire night went really well.
