A Caldwell County High School senior has been recognized for his hard work and musical talent for his time spent in the local high school band program. Band Director Mason Henry is proud of Lucas Evans and the way he has represented the band program locally and across the region and state. Henry said that Evans is naturally talented and has worked hard primarily on his own without seeking or receiving a lot of credit and deserves to be recognized.
Evans shared how he achieved some of his accomplishments.
Evans noted the different bands he is a part of in high school and when he got started in music.
Evans was asked how many musical instruments he could play.
He explained his plans after graduation.
Evans is looking at a couple of career choices and told some more activities he is involved in outside of band.
Band Director Henry summed it up that Lucas Evans is an all around great student and young man.
Whatever Evans is involved in, you can be certain that music will be a part of his life.
