The much-anticipated presentation of the Musical SpongeBob was performed for the community over the weekend, and the response from the directors and the community was an impressive appreciation for the talent shown by the local Caldwell County students. Those involved spent close to 3 months of daily practice to present the 3 showings to the community, along with the 2 showings for the younger school students. The musical was a full two-hour program plus a 15-minute intermission full of constant singing, dialogue, dance routines, and acting for the over 20 students involved in presenting the musical.
After the Saturday night performance, Director Miranda Meeks shared her thoughts about the musical.
