A well-known local business on West Main Street is preparing to close its doors for good this weekend.

The owners of Honda of Princeton, Tom and Debbie Duke, shared on social media Tuesday that the final day of business will be this Saturday.

They expressed gratitude for the support, trust, and relationships built over the years, saying that serving the community has meant everything to them and that they deeply appreciate every customer who has been part of their journey.

They encouraged anyone with questions or in need of assistance before Saturday’s closing to reach out for help.

Honda of Princeton has served the community for more than 50 years, including 23 years with the current owners at the helm.

Before transforming into Honda of Princeton, it was a family-owned business called Princeton Cycle Company, operated by Ralph Griffin, the grandfather of Your Sport Edge reporter Todd Griffin. The business was situated between where the WPKY radio station now stands on West Main Street and the intersection with U.S. Highway 62 West.
