Speakeasy Dispensary is set to open a new medical cannabis location in downtown Princeton, expanding access for patients in Caldwell County and nearby areas.
A news release states the dispensary will open to registered medical cannabis patients on Friday, April 10, at 11 a.m., demonstrating Speakeasy’s commitment to a welcoming, patient-centered experience.
Company officials say the grand opening will feature an on-site low-cost patient drive, where new and returning patients can obtain or renew their Kentucky medical cannabis cards at a reduced fee. The drives will take place on Friday, April 10, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m, with licensed providers available in a mobile clinic on-site, including evaluation, notary, and state submission, in one visit.
The appointment fee is $25, and an additional $25 state fee is due during document submission to the state portal. Company officials indicate the $25 state fee is waived for anyone who received a valid medical card in 2025.
CEO of Gold Leaf Management, Casey Flippo, said in a written statement that “Each location is an opportunity to meet patients where they are.” He added, “Communities like Princeton are an important part of Kentucky’s medical cannabis program, and expanding access here means more patients can explore safe, regulated options closer to home.” As the program continues to take shape, he said, their focus remains on building something reliable, approachable, and rooted in long-term care.
According to officials, Speakeasy aims to blend local character with expert guidance, offering personalized support and a growing selection of products, including flower, gummies, vapes, and concentrates.
The new dispensary is at 108 East Main Street in downtown Princeton, and will be open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
