Caldwell County residents looking to renew their licenses or upgrade to a REAL ID will have a convenient opportunity to do so locally next week.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is bringing its “Pop-up” Driver Licensing tour to Princeton on Tuesday, May 5th.
Staff will be set up at the Caldwell County Fiscal Courtroom, located on the second floor of 100 East Market Street. Starting at 9:30 a.m., residents can take advantage of several regional office services, including license renewals, REAL ID upgrades, and free vision screenings.
While the pop-up offers most standard licensing services, officials note that Kentucky State Police written and driver testing will not be available at this location.
Walk-ins are welcome, but residents are encouraged to secure a specific time slot in advance to avoid long wait times. You can sign up for an appointment online at drive.ky.gov.
