The Fine Arts Building at the Caldwell County High School was at full capacity on Monday morning as the 138 Seniors set for graduation this Friday night received their Cords and Stoles in front of parents and friends.
High School Principal Daniel Kukahiko welcomed those attending to the Cord and Stole Ceremony that he described as beginning a few years ago to recognize the seniors for their accomplishments in a special way.
Guidance Counselor Jennifer Griggs introduced each senior individually, having them come to the stage to be presented with their cords and/or stoles by their principals.
Before she began the program, she shared what each cord and stole represented that was being presented.
