Caldwell County Tornado Disaster Relief Coordinator Brother Harrell Riley is needing volunteers to help prepare for the transition as they begin the rebuilding process from the December tornado.
Bro. Riley says they need men on the ground at 8:00 Friday morning to help set up a tent at the Pennyroyal Industries building.
