A memorial visitation for 81-year old Joye Yates Jaggers, of Princeton, will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon, April 8, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm, eastern time, Friday, April 21, at North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff, KY.
Jaggers passed away April 3, 2023 at Shady Lawn Nursing & Rehab.
Joye was born in Old Kuttawa on April 9, 1941to the late Hylan and Imogene Hogan Yates. She was known as “GG” growing up, which translated to gorgeous girl. She had a sweet and fun spirit about her and was fun to be around. She worked as a secretary in the education field and was of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by one son, Marty (Penny) Jaggers of Cadiz; three daughters, Ellisha (Jeff) Wilson of Bowling Green, Kelly (David) Sipich of Elizabethtown, Laura Katherine “Belle” (Chris) Deglow of Bowling Green ; 14 grandchildren, Ellise Jaggers, Josh Jaggers, Lindsey Jaggers Cox, Ace Jaggers, Anna Jaggers, Cassie Ferguson, Jack Wilson, Kristin Sauer, Rachel Graham, Brooke Wallace, Leslie Bainbridge, Bailey Deglow, Jacob Deglow, Bryce Deglow; 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Kelly Jaggers; son, Craddock Jaggers; brother, Doug Yates.
